The L3 Test Tool Qualification process allows suppliers of test tools to register with EMVCo for qualification testing, engaging with an EMVCo-recognised L3 Test Tool Qualification Service Provider (L3 QSP) for qualification testing and to submit their test tool qualification results to EMVCo for formal qualification following successful testing.
