Benefits of the EMVCo Subscriber Programme

Why wait until after new specifications are completed to learn about upcoming EMV® Specification revisions, draft documents and meetings? EMVCo Subscribers receive advanced notice of pending developments and changes, as well as participate in a more regular and formal dialogue with EMVCo.

Subscriber participation is open to anyone interested in the following benefits:

      • Advanced information regarding new developments and alterations to the EMV® specifications, draft documents, and upcoming EMV® User Meetings
      • Access to draft documentation before it is made available to the public
      • Opportunity to provide direct feedback on draft documentation to EMVCo’s technical groups
      • Ability to submit Queries regarding the EMV® Specifications to EMVCo’s technical groups
      • Eligibility to attend the annual EMV User Meeting (registration fees apply)

Subscriber participation may be particularly valuable to organisations in the global payment industry, including vendors, consultants, laboratories, payment schemes, merchants, and regional associations. The current annual fee for the EMVCo Subscriber service is US $750 for Individuals and US $2,500 for Companies.

How do I subscribe?

Sign up to be an EMVCo Individual Subscriber or EMVCo Company Subscriber. EMVCo accepts payment by credit or debit payment cards with American Express, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, UnionPay, and Visa brands.

A: Once logged in as a Subscriber, you may update your profile by selecting 'Click here' under the “My Account” header, and then selecting 'Update My Profile' on the left side of page. Once your information is updated, select 'Submit' at the bottom of page.

A: Your default login ID is your email address. Once logged in as a Subscriber, you may update your profile by selecting 'Click here' under the “My Account” header, and then selecting 'Update My Profile' on the left side of page. Once your information is updated, select 'Submit' at the bottom of page.

Q: How can I reset my password?

A: On the EMVCo website homepage, select 'Login' located at the upper right corner of the page. Enter your login ID, select 'Forgot Password', and enter the information requested.
