The EMV® Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) Specifications provide a common baseline for the development of e-commerce payment solutions that simplify the online checkout process to make it convenient and secure. E-commerce solutions based on the EMV SRC Specifications are indicated by the Click to Pay icon 
and known as Click to Pay solutions.
A consistent payment experience is crucial to the successful deployment of Click to Pay solutions. To support and promote this consistency, EMVCo has developed the draft EMV Click to Pay Customer Experience (CX) Guidelines to be part of the EMV SRC Specifications.
The interactive guidelines, which have been developed by CX experts in close collaboration with a number of industry stakeholders, will support the efficient implementation of Click to Pay solutions that deliver a consistent checkout experience to increase conversion and reduce fraud.
