Laboratories
To support Contact Level 1, Contact Level 2 Type Approval, and Contactless Level 1 process and testing, EMVCo utilizes independent laboratories. As described in the Level 1 and Level 2 Type Approval administrative process documentation, these laboratories are accredited and regularly audited by EMVCo.
Vendors interested in achieving EMVCo contact Level 1 (IFM) and contact Level 2 (EMV application kernel) and contactless Level 1 Type Approval may use these accredited laboratories

EMVCo is pleased to announce the following laboratories have been accredited to perform EMV Type Approval terminal Level 1 and/or Level 2 testing. Vendors interested in achieving EMVCo Contact Level 1 (IFM), Contact Level 2 (EMV application kernel) and Contactless Level 1 (PCD) Type Approval may utilize these laboratories.
